Polishing and anodising

A plexiglass front panel section was knocked up too but was later re-made twice due to various issues.

Realising (and dreading) that all the aluminium parts were made, it was time to take everything apart and begin the boring task of finishing the parts for polishing and anodising. This seemed to take forever, but it was well-worth it.

While these parts were out of my grasp, the others were polished with three different polishing wheels fitted to a bench grinder and put away for the time being.
